Disputes between a video-sharing platform user and a video-sharing platform provider regarding the application of the platform providers' measures may be settled out of court in accordance with a specific regulation (e.g. Mediation Act) or before the Council for Media Services.
Video sharing platform providers are obliged to take appropriate measures to protect
minors from programmes, user-generated videos and commercial media communications that may impair the physical, psychological or moral development of minors,
The report on the activities of the self-regulatory body is submitted to the Council for Media Services by the self-regulatory body within 60 days after the end of the calendar year.
The first reports on the activities of self-regulatory bodies will be available on this site in March 2024 at the earliest.
