The Director is the executive body of the Regulator, elected and dismissed by the Council. They act on behalf of the Regulator towards the employees in labour relations and manages the activities of the office.
On January 28, 2026, the head of the legal department, Mgr. Ing. Ivan Tarabčák, was appointed to perform the duties of Director of the Media Services Council.
