What constitutes a complaint for review

A complaint for review is submitted if there is a breach of the Media Services Act through 

  • the broadcasting or provision of a programme, other component of a programme service or other component of an audiovisual media service on demand (AVMSoD), 
  • broadcasting in breach of the terms of a broadcasting authorisation or licence, 
  • failure to use frequencies for broadcasting or use of frequencies for purposes other than those for which they were allocated.
